  1. *p. 39: in Example 3.3.1 there are two errors in the second order partial derivatives of the log likelihoods. The term m/(-theta+beta)^2 appears twice; they should twice be replaced by n/(-theta+beta)^2.

  2. *p. 234-237 (Section 11.6): in this section on the ZIP distribution we have defined the density function using theta_0 as a parameter, but in Example 11.6.1 we have changed the notation from theta_0 to p.
